Packaging
- The Shop takes great care in packing your order to ensure its safe arrival. All items are carefully packed to protect your purchases, we recycle packaging material whenever possible - we ask you to do the same.
Sending a Gift
- Currently we can only ship purchases to the shipping address in our database, if you wish to have an item shipped to someone as a gift you will need to place this information in the special shipping instructions block on checkout. You may also email us a note to be included with your purchase. Currently we do not have arrangements for gift wrapping your gift purchases.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority/Insured mail with delivery confirmation; this is to protect The Shop and our customers alike.
- Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
- We do not currently ship international orders.

Returns
- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.
- A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the USPS.
- Orders paid with PayPal and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
- All return packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Canceling Orders
- It is our goal to promptly ship all orders and with the exception of weekends we will try to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders received on Friday or over the weekend will in most cases be shipped the following Monday. If you decide you do not want what you ordered, it is imperative that you e-mail us immediately at shopkeeper@timboothby.com. Once we ship the item you may return it under the conditions stated above, but we will not refund the shipping cost.
